Arrived on Sunday night,Ron my brother oprganised a rental car and soon we were on the road to Coolum where we arrived about 1.50 hours later. A very emotional greeting with the parents, and the family is now complete.There was of course lots of hugging and kissing everyone dinner of a wonderful bbq LOTS of good white wine and wonderful laughs and chats.
Next morning up to see the sunrise 5.15 and a lovely beach walk. The beach is just across the road so Aad you don't have to walk far next week when you come here.
So far the weather has not been too great, lots of rain and it is very windy.I don't really mind, after alll the very hot weather we have had the last few weeks it is quite nice to be cooled down a bit. I was a bit awful to Aad during the week when he phoned to say it was very cold in Melbourne and laughed when he said he was wearing a sweater again, well early this morning I too had to wear my jumper, it was cold on the beach This afternoon after a visit to local markets I took myself down to the beach and in a secluded spot did some sunbathing. Lovely.
Tomorrow the big day, my dad will be 80. Going out for lunch I think.
More next time.

Heerlijk he weer bij de familie en bij je ouders, wat zullen die blij zijn je weer te zien.
Ja het weer is veranderlijk net als in Holland, hier regen en hagel en koud.
Tja wie weet krijg je nog lekkere warme dagen ik hoop het voor je.
En wel lachen om Aad maar ach ook jij moet aan de sweater hi hi.

Hoi Joyce ,geniet dubbel en intensief van al de gezelligheid van je ouders en je gezin en broers en zusters . Je weet nooit wanneer dit weer gaat gebeuren .
Nederland en Ozz liggen ver van elkaar af en is niet te fietsen . snap je wat ik bedoel.!

Hi guys, love reading your reports. Must be fab to be back in the bosom of the family again Joyce. You have such a fantastic family, I'm feeling all warm and fuzzy just thinking about all of you together again. And Happy Birthday to your dad! Here it's bright and sunny, but cold and windy.
